1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IPTV Subscription Checker (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IPTV Subscription Checker provides the following services:

• Validation of IPTV subscription credentials
• Display of subscription details and status
• Generation of shareable links for subscription information
• Automatic monitoring and refresh of subscription data
• Hashtag categorization features (with Discord authentication)
• M3U playlist download capabilities

3. Data Storage and Removal Policy

3.1 Automatic Data Storage

When you submit subscription credentials:

• Your credentials are immediately stored in our database
• A unique hash is generated for your subscription
• API response data is cached for performance
• The system automatically checks subscription validity hourly

3.2 Data Removal - Automatic Only

Your subscription data will ONLY be removed automatically when:

• Subscription expires: The expiration date from your IPTV provider has passed
• Subscription becomes inactive: The subscription status changes to anything other than "Active"
• Validation fails: The system cannot fetch data from the IPTV provider server during hourly checks
• Timeout occurs: The subscription has been non-functional for more than 2 days

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Credential Ownership

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner or authorized user of the IPTV credentials you submit
• You have the legal right to share these credentials with this Service
• The credentials do not violate any third-party rights or agreements

4.2 Private Subscriptions

4.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Submit credentials that you do not have permission to use
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Abuse the hashtag or reporting features
• Submit false or misleading information
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Public Information

You acknowledge that:

• Shareable URLs can be accessed by anyone with the link
• Subscription details (except password field) are visible through shareable URLs
• The list page displays all stored subscriptions publicly
• Hashtags and categories you create are publicly visible
• Your Discord username is displayed publicly when you create hashtags

6. Discord Integration

If you choose to use Discord authentication for hashtag features:

• You authorize us to access your Discord profile information
• Your Discord username will be publicly associated with hashtags you create
• Webhook notifications may be sent to our Discord server for moderation purposes
• You agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your requirements
• The accuracy or reliability of subscription data
• That data will be secure from unauthorized access

7.2 IPTV Provider Relationships

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any IPTV providers. We simply check credentials against their APIs. Any issues with your subscription should be directed to your IPTV provider.

7.3 Content

We are not responsible for the content available through IPTV subscriptions checked using our Service. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of IPTV services complies with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your stored credentials
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Change the data retention policies
• Update features or functionality
• Impose usage limits or restrictions

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect when changes were made.
